I’m Sam Floyd. Before starting Floyd Automations, I spent over ten years inside fast-scaling startup tech companies as a systems admin and integrations lead — the person responsible for making the tools actually work under pressure.

I was also a Product Manager at Close, an SMB CRM used by thousands of small businesses including roofers, plumbers, and HVAC companies. I watched how trade businesses actually used that software every day — and how much they left on the table because nobody ever set it up right.

I come from a military background, which means I think in systems and SOPs. When I document something, your newest hire can follow it without calling you.

Depends on the scope. A focused CRM cleanup and integration is usually 2–4 weeks. A full stack audit, rebuild, and team training typically runs 4–8 weeks. I'll give you a clear timeline upfront.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped to your situation. After our first call, I'll put together a flat-fee proposal so there are no surprises. No hourly billing, no scope creep.

What happens after you leave?

You get everything: documented SOPs, configured systems, and a trained team. I'm also available for follow-up questions for 30 days after we wrap. The goal is that you genuinely don't need me after that.
